Meet Our Staff

brendaBrenda, Office Manager

Brenda has been a part of the Aspire team since 2014 as our Office Manager.

Born and raised in Northern California, Brenda brings forth a warm personality and hospitality to our office. Pairing her background in child development along with her Chiropractic Assistant skills, Brenda is passionate about creating a fun and safe treatment environment for the whole family. Be sure to share with her some fun stories or family updates when you come in!

As our office manager, Brenda is the first to greet you in the office and the one to take your calls. From scheduling to insurance details, Brenda will take care of all your health and wellness questions and needs.

Outside of the office, Brenda enjoys exploring the PNW with her family. When the weather is too yucky, it’s safe to assume she is out shopping, redecorating her home or working on a craft project. And let’s not forget, indulging in yummy eats from local spots.

Jacqie, Chiropractic Assistant

Jacqie is our office Chiropractic Assistant. She was born and raised in Tri-Cities, WA, and previously a Chiropractic Assistant for over two years in Spokane, WA. Jacqie has a passion for helping patients and assisting with improving patient’s health.  She received her general AA degree from Columbia Basin College. As our Chiropractic Assistant, you will get to know Jacqie as she works alongside our chiropractors, assisting with patient care. 

Jacqie spends her time outside of work with her partner of 5 years and her little furbaby, a kitty named Maizy.  She enjoys going to the river, hiking, and is a big hockey fanatic.  You can also catch her helping her partner set up for his art shows around town.

Valerie Tabalno, Licensed Massage Therapist, License #21395

Valerie has been a massage therapy practitioner since 2007. She completed her massage school program in Hawaii and has lived in the PNW since 2010. She believes in the body’s innate ability to  heal itself and specializes in therapeutic massage with the intent to facilitate balance in the body. Valerie's style is combination of Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques and stretching. She has years of experience working with a variety of injuries including work and auto related injuries. Valerie possesses an intuitive, mindful and thorough approach to help each individual feel his or her best.

Terra Long, Licensed Massage Therapist, License #24168

Terra Long is a master therapist with more than 10,000 hours of experience under her hands.  Terra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Sport Science  Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy. Continuing education courses specializing in Sports and Orthopedic Injury from Boulder College of Massage Therapy, Manual Therapy Training from Eric Dalton, and more contribute to her specialized ability to detect issues in the soft tissue.  Terra offers her healing hands, providing rehabilitative care alongside Dr Betsill. Her style combines a mixture of Swedish and deep tissue techniques, along with other soft tissue manipulation techniques for relaxation, sports therapy, work injury and auto injury. Terra's strong and confident therapeutic style is seamlessly integrated with compassionate touch and a genuine love for the healing arts and her patients. She accommodates to each individual she works with, understanding that pressure preferences and pain tolerance is subjective, and does her best to match each patient's desired needs.
