Born and raised in Northern California, Brenda brings forth her warm personality and hospitality to our Aspire team. She is a self-proclaimed “foodie” and loves exploring fun eats around town with her family. With 10 years of experience in childcare and early childhood development, Brenda aims to create a positive experience for our young patients. Along with the entire team here at Aspire, Brenda looks forward to the opportunity to care for you and your family.
Brenda is the first to greet you at Aspire, always with a smile. You can be sure that she will make sure all your needs and concerns are taken care of- from setting up appointments to managing insurance details and assisting Dr. Betsill with patient care. Brenda enjoys meeting all the new faces that come through our clinic and hearing all the stories our patients have to share.
Lydia Weeks, Licensed Massage Therapist, License #20114
Lydia has had a passion for massage since she was a young teen. In 2012, she followed her dreams and started attending East West College of Healing Arts where she focused on learning Myofascial Integration and Structural Bodywork. Lydia specializes in cranial sacral, lymphatic drainage, and Swedish massage, along with many other soft tissue manipulation techniques for relaxation, sports therapy, and work and auto injury massage. In 2013, after graduating, she owned and operated her own massage business for four and a half years before joining our team here at Aspire.
Lydia is a great addition to our office with her outgoing and energetic personality. Paired with her knowledge and skills, Lydia is able to tailor the care she offers to our patient's unique needs.
Shelly Castaneda, Licensed Massage Therapist, License #17677
Shelly has been practicing since 2010, with eight years in private work and six years working alongside chiropractic care. She specializes in deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial, sports therapy, work injury and auto injury massage.
Shelly's personal life experiences of a severe car accident and injuries allow her to give in-depth care to her patients as she truly understands what her patients' needs are and has "been there". With her experience and education, she strives to help others feel better!
